Model coordination shall proceed according to the instructions from the MEP site coordinator. Over 15 years of experience in the engineering consultancy field. Mastering business skills such as; administration, management, and strategic planning as a CEO enables ConCreative to be one of the fast-growing firms in the market.
Dabouh’s academic life has been refined through a Ph.D. in Architecture Technology (A framework for sustainable conservation of architectural heritage using nanotechnologies).
He is an associate professor of Architecture at Universite Francaise d’Egypte and a Professional Researcher Fellowship at I.E.M.E.S.T. (Istituto Euro-Mediterraneo di Scienza e Tecnologia) and ORCID as well. He has research about sustainability in the Nano-technology field for the Heritage management has made a prominent impact, he helped in creating new sustainable materials that would help re-build the heritage without damaging it.
He also was able to make agreement cooperation between the Housing and Building National Research Center in Egypt and the Euro-Mediterranean Institute of Science and Technology that aims to exchange members, and students to join research to contribute to the development of Sustainability between Egypt and Italy.
Having a mix between an engineering mindset and an entrepreneurial one led him in his practical life to be Co-Founder & CEO of Concreative Consultancy, a Real-estate appraisal consultant, a Consultant in the National Organization for Urban Harmony and a certified consultant in the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate.

His Ph.D. in Sustainable Investment Management for Heritage Real Estate Assets, and tried to reflect on his studies and research on real-life Assets. He is a lecturer in the faculty of fine arts, Helwan university for more than 13 years.
Being a Lead Engineering Consultant at the ministry of foreign affairs of Egypt cultivated him to gain international expertise span over 13 years participating in various diplomatic missions, representing the firm on global occasions and spanning the networks and connections worldwide.
